A friendly reminder that Donte Greene's Goon Squad Classic is on for Sunday, November 20, at 6:30 p.m. (doors at 5:30) at the UC Davis Pavilion at the ARC. Tickets are still available via Tickets.com and the UCD Box Office.

In addition to the game, J.T. will hold a canned food drive at the doors, so bring some non-perishable goods with you.

HOW TO GET TO THE PAVILION

Parking is typically free on the weekends, though the university might set up special event parking near the ARC. The easiest way to get to that part of campus from all areas is via Highway 113. If you're coming to Davis via I-80, I-5 from the south or Highway 50 — basically if you live anywhere south of Yuba City — you'll want to hit Highway 113 north just west of Davis. Take the Russell Boulevard exit and head east. You'll enter the university area fairly quickly; you'll want to hook a right on La Rue Road, and the parking structure closest to ARC will be on your left (with the tennis center on your right).

If you're coming from the north via I-5, cut off to Highway 113 south in Woodland, and go about 15 minutes south to Russell. Head east, right on La Rue, parking on the left.

If you're in Natomas or another north of El Camino, you can head down to I-80, or you can opt to head north up I-5 to Woodland and cut back down Highway 113. Traffic is typically much lighter on northbound I-5 and 113 than it is on I-80 and southbound I-5.
