BOGI’S BACK!

The Sacramento Kings released their injury report for today’s game against the Toronto Raptors and it does not include Bogdan Bogdanovic. NBC Sports’ James Ham confirmed that Bogi is going to make his debut against the Raptors.

This is a huge boost to the Kings as Bogi was the team’s best player last season. The Kings are entering a very difficult stretch of their schedule and having a player of Bogi’s quality back is huge.

No word yet on whether Bogi will be on any sort of minutes restriction, but it’s probably safe to assume Dave Joerger will limit Bogdanovic’s minutes to a certain extent as Bogi works back into game shape. Especially considering the pace the Kings have been playing at this season, I’d personally be surprised to see Bogi play extensive minutes. But even if Bogi plays 15 minutes against the Raptors, that’s 15 minutes of a better player than those minutes would have gone to otherwise.
