Wow. Just wow.

There is so much bad blood here. It's almost crystal clear that the Maloofs will never get what they want (a fully-funded Taj Mahal and every extra revenue mechanism under the sun) from local government officials or the voters. And if those government officials and the NBA officials keep sniping at each other in the newspapers, with virtually every relevant local political consultant and power broker taking sides, this could mean the end of the NBA in Sacramento, period.

Dark times.
