Some new stuff in here that I hadn’t heard before, including the Bucks possible interest in LaVine (I don’t see how they contractually make that happen) and Pacers interest in Keon.
Perry better get that Lavine deal done before the drugs wear off in Milwaukee
I don’t see how it is possible financially unless the Bucks sent all three of Kuzma, Portis, and Cole Anthony. I just don’t see them giving up Portis.
Lavine costs too many bucks for the Bucks.
Oh deer.
I didn’t expect anyone fawning over Zach.
They don’t have enough doe.
Kuzma, the Vivek consolation price!
Zach, DDR, and Monk for kuzma and Giannis. Vivek gets his 2nd man-crush and the skinny kid Petrie had suggested we draft
The Bucks have lots of flotsam that becomes tradeable on 12/14. If you throw a 3rd team (Clippers) into the mix to absorb some extra contracts, you can construct trades where DDR and Lavine go out and the Kings end up with like John Collins, Bogie and Gary Trent Jr,, the Bucks get Lavine + Carter and the Clippers get Kuzma & DDR.
The math doesn’t work on that. In order for the Bucks to take on LaVine’s $47M they need to send out near the same. Kuzma and Trent Jr. add up to just $26M.
Kuzma & Anthony get them to around $35M and then on the 14th the Bucks have an entire Walmart full of washed guys on minimum contracts and lesser Antetokoumnpo brothers they can trade. They can definitely make the math work, just might need 3 or 4 teams to absorb contracts.
I don’t understand the Bucks direction right now. Are they all in on Giannis, or are they prepping for a divorce. Whoever they unload first will matter. If they are in win-now mode, the Lavine as a sniper for Giannis to kick out to, makes sense. If they are looking beyond Giannis, DDR and some other players with tradeable contracts will be enticing.
Guys, thanks agin.
I don’t know which Toledo you are talking about, but the one I know wasn’t built in a day either.
Perfect encapsulation of Europe vs the US.

And Costco doesn’t even have stroopwafel this year!
Holy Toledo!
