Update: 9 p.m.
The Sacramento Kings lost 126-113 to the Chicago Bulls Wednesday. The loss moves Sacramento into 14th place in the Western Conference. You are all just completely shocked, right?
Zach LaVine scored 30 points again. Domantas Sabonis had a double double. Russell Westbrook started for the second game in a row. Malik Monk scored 15 points off the bench.
The Kings shot 25% from three, lost rebounds by 16, and allowed the Bulls to score 70 points in the paint.
Next up is the 3-1 Milwaukee Bucks.
From Earlier Preview:
The Sacramento Kings are in Chicago tonight to face the Bulls on the second night of a back-to-back following a 107-101 loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder. But if you believe Doug Christie, these guys should be 4-0 right now!
Who: Sacramento Kings (1-3) vs. Chicago Bulls (3-0)
Where: United Center, Chicago, IL
When: 5:00 PM PT / 8:00 PM ET
Watch: NBCSCA, League Pass
The Kings’ injury report continues to grow, unfortunately. In addition to Keegan Murray (thumb), and Nique Clifford (hamstring), Keon Ellis is listed as questionable with a left shoulder issue. For the Bulls, both Zach Collins and Coby White are listed as out.
Christie started Dennis Schroder, Russell Westbrook, Zach LaVine, DeMar DeRozan, and Domantas Sabonis last night in OKC. Can the oldest starting lineup in the league recover in time to perform adequately on the second night of a back-to-back! Tune in tonight and find out.
Prediction: Sacramento Bulls 112, Chicago Bulls 101.
