Game threads back. Games 7s are upon us, let’s get into it:
Saturday: Los Angeles Clippers @ Denver Nuggets – 4:30 PM PT / 7:30 PM ET
- Series is tied 3-3
Sunday: Indiana Pacers @ Cleveland Cavaliers – 3:00 PM PT / 6:00 PM ET
- Game 1! Series is tied 0-0
Sunday: Golden State Warriors @ Houston Rockets – 5:30 PM PT / 8:30 PM ET
- Series is tied 3-3
And then there were 9…
surprising collapse/Nugget surge to take a 35 point lead in the 4th, as Denver careies the day.
David Adelman wins his playoff series, as a 50 win season is over for the first LAC season in the Intuit Dome (The House that Ballmer built).
Impressive seasons by Zubac and Powell with a resurgent James Harden and a mostly healthy (for him) Kawhi Leonard.
Derrick Jones Jr., Kris Dunn, Nic Batum, Bogie Bogdanovich. That’s an okay 8.
Denver has even less depth, but that 3 Time MVP makes up for a lot.
Anyone else notices in these first rounds that the Free Throw defense is improved or something, because percentages seem way down.
Anyone predicting HOU vs GSW? Hot shooting Steph-led (Podz, Moody, Buddy, maybe an appearance by Kuminga) Warriors with Playoff Jimmy – or that young tough Udoka Rox squad goes ninja? To me it’s a toss up.
Prediction: Draymond does something that will cause a serious problem to a Rockets player, then defend what he did. Kerr gets in the ref faces, spittle and all, and won’t get a tech. Warriors end up winning on some type of controversial call.
Prediction: Kerr and Dubs fans continue to complain about the Rockets “targeting” Steph’s injured hand while not remembering how they targeted DeAaron’s hand in the playoffs two years ago.
No L.A. teams in the playoffs. What a shame!
Ok. I lied.
Maybe no Cali teams after today. Pacific Division. is underwater.
Draymond has figured out that the flagrant 1 foul is not a technical foul and is advantaging the loophole.
Wish for a loss for Dubs and playoff Jimmie . The Jimmie joy will run out soon !
The quicker the Warriors go back to being irrelevant, the better.
Same with the Lakers, Celtics, and Knicks.
We said the Warriors were too old two seasons ago.
Here they are. I respect the effort, and a part of me wants them to win, the other part wants this to be another nail in their coffin.
Vivek wants the Kings to be the Warriors, we fans believe (mostly) Coach Christie wants them to be Ime-tations of the Rockets
