Some uninspiring basketball so far.
If the Wizards were halfway decent, they would have a 15 point lead already. The fact that they are just terrible and are up 38-32 right now speaks volumes to the Kings “give a shit” level.
Kings have a good chance of losing this one.

Kaytee points out that certain shooters are low percentage 3pt shooters. But she must look at the percentage on wide open 3s, because those are the shots the Kings give other teams.
There were several times where the Wizards had multiple guys wide open at the 3 point line.

Kings just seem like they are just waiting for this season to end. They did not have the effort and did not seem to care about anything.

1. Good. Hope the Kings lose the rest so they don’t lose their 1st rounder.
2. Hope Sabonis requests a trade out of this shitshow to force Monte into rebuild mode. Trade Sabonis on draft night for a top 5 pick or future first rounders or young talent.
3. Trade off EVERYONE for talent + picks + expiring contracts. Tank the next couple seasons, get top talent + FA signings with cap space and hopefully be back in it in 4 years. But I suspect this isn’t going to happen. Monte/Vivek will cling onto being play-in hopefuls as long as they can because they can’t see 2 steps in front of their own feet.
I’m 100% ok with this.
