Missi fouls a lot
Domas is abusing Missi 1v1 and its putting the Pels in constant rotation on defense. I can’t believe this team let JV walk.
so who guards Trey Murphy in this 5 of Monk, Keon, Huerter, DeRozan and Sabonis?
reason why KH + Lyles for Cam is THE trade
I would not trade away a future first for him
Cam’s at 18/4/3 on .48/.43/.91 this season while playing solid, versatile defense. Give the Nets their pick.
eh, not too excited about that.
Especially giving up a lottery pick.
Apparently this is a “Fox chucking 3s” game
both of his attempts early on the shot clock
Doesn’t even seem interested in trying to get to the rim.
100%. When I am seeing this version of Fox the obligatory ‘fastest guy in the league’ comment gets a big eye roll
How did Jones manage to get that blocked?
Jae Crowder on Trey Murphy?
Trey Murphy’s in a weird gray zone between random guy who has a massive game against us and actual star player who plays well against us
Keegan got beat by Trey Murphy all year last year on both ends of the court. who else can D him up?
why does Trey Murphy take Keegan out of his game?
Pels own the Kings
Kings just don’t seem to have the length or depth to hang with the Pels.
get Keon out there to guard CJ. CJ is having his way with Colby
I don’t understand how Colby gets any minutes at all. He’s simply not an NBA-caliber player.
Brown is simply not an NBA-caliber coach
Keon has been bad tonight defensively imo. Lots of mental errors. Colby was at least forcing tough shots.
Colby’s nickname should be firewood.
Well they answered the “will they continue the good shooting after 3 days rest?” question pretty quickly (NO!).
Pels are basically a scheduled loss for the Kings at this point.
what’s going on with Crowder. can he not guard Trey Murphy for few minutes?
Pels are HAMMERING Domas and the officials do not care.
Meanwhile all three of Keegan’s fouls have been weak contact almost any other player wouldn’t have called on them
Huerter doesn’t have it today
Stacking up to be another loss due to inability to shoot the 3.
At least, we’re not down by our usual 20 at the half against NO. Unfortunately, there’s still 24 minutes to play so they’ll have plenty of time to leave us in the dust.
the score is close, but the Kings are not playing well. not sharp, not imposing their will.
NO just matches up too well against them, and they’ve definitely figured out how to counter the Mike Brown “offense”
no, the Kings can play better
They can, they just haven’t for most of the season. That’s been the frustrating thing about the season for me.
4/17 from 3pt range ain’t gonna cut it.
Sabonis shooting 7/9 (77%) from the field. Rest of the team 10/39 (26%).
DeMar with the hot hand from 3
cheap play by Missi, tries to knee the defender when going up for the layup. did the same thing at Baylor.
Damn, Huerter’s shoulder injury might be back.
Keep feeding Domas!!!
Malik doing his best JWill impression. Keep getting stops.
that’s a winning play by Keon
I would like to see Keegan have a bit more emotion out there. His body language has been poor, looks defeated and like he doesn’t want to be out there.
To be fair, that’s how he’s looked his entire career.
poker face Keegan is part of why we love him!
It’s his slumped shoulders and other stuff when he doesn’t make a good play or something doesn’t go his way. He just needs to work on that and not let the other team see him getting frustrated.
I think Trey Murphy irritates him
Need to hit 3s this period, and not just DeMar.
Keep up the scoring, boys. Let’s put this game away.
Fox hittin’ a lot of buckets these last few possessions.
that was a good defensive play by Colby
Oh boy, and now here comes the Kings killer CJ McCollum…
would anyone else have called a timeout after the first McCollum three after the Monk miss from deep?
Gotta run some offense
Keegan making a three at a good time.
two turnover by Fox with less than 3 minutes to go …
You have got to be freaking kidding me with that…
Jesus, that was too close for comfort. But thank God for that deflection by Monk.
Kings with a defensive stop for the win was not on my bingo card
the Kings could have run a better play at the end than waiting till 7 seconds left on the shot clock to give the ball to DeRozan near half court.
Kings shoot 29 Free Throws and win the game. The in game shooting was 38%.
27-29 from the line tonight and won by two points. At least we did our job in that category.
That’s the game right there.
CJ wakes up every day and looks up at the ceiling above his bed to read the flickering neon sign “Beat The Kings”. He is incredible.
This win felt like a loss.
It did.
But no number goes into the Loss column. That’s gold.
Sheesh… Fox, Monk, Huerter, and Ellis combine for 3/22 (13%) from three. Got lucky to be playing a crappy team today. This effort results in a blowout loss to most teams.
