Let’s see if we can stop this losing streak. Go Kings!
Hey! Move the ball and find the open Barnes! Fly Falcon, fly
HB with a quick 8 points so you know he’s about to call it a night
Nah man, he drank his Ovaltine today and the Metamucil finally kicked in earlier. Feeling good right now
Quadrupled his output from last game. Finish with 13.
I laughed hard at this comment until I saw Barnes go off.
Give us a number 1 for HB.
Well, Davion gets his moment to guard Dejounte Murray
Kings smoking layups like backwoods
pretty unconvincing first quarter imo
Hawks had 8 more FTs. Monk gotta get a handle on his handle.
Monk has a preternatural feel for alley oops
why tf did McGee just shoot a 3
Javale for three???? Go away dude. We ain’t trying to see that.
Fox’s stat line is a row of zeros.
gotta say, the Kings are winning this game off the strength of their defense atm
HB got his nap in today!!
He’s improving his trade value.
If he keeps playing like this they might not trade him
ik it has been inconsistent his rookie year, but I bet Sasha could shoot 44% from deep
Hawks missing some wide open shots
Hawks paying a lot of money for a lot of mediocrity. Not too interested in trading for any of these guys besides maybe Johnson or Bey. Bogi is a nice player for a different team.
HB was a steal for his contract I have always believed this and never doubted him once
Knew he would age well. Never a question…
HB had 19 and he missed about 4 layups
It has become apparent that he doesn’t rebound, defend, or pass very well, and the one thing he’s still pretty good at – scoring – he’s been asked to do behind four other guys. The team has looked better on the nights HB is trying to get his shot, because it’s the only time we ever get any value out of his skillset.
So frustrating because you know he can do it but disappears for multiple games.
Get the ball to hb in the post.
HB has 19 and should have 27.
good first half. keep it going.
Hawks with 12 more FTs but down 17. That’s gotta be rare. They’ve missed 38 shots including 16 from 3.
That’s really bad. Nobody in their team has looked good.
24% from the field and 15.8% from three.
Looks like they’re running offense for HB, or told him during the time off to take more shots. Nice! But why didn’t they do this earlier?
Man this court is beautiful.
I really like it
Not a drop of purple anywhere. ????
Kings have 66 points and fox + domas have 8 total
Fox needs to be benched for the rest of this game. He’s sleep walking out there.
get Davion back out there
Hawks are too comfortable
Bad 3 there by fox when keegs is wide open to his right. Come on man!
Finally Fox…he been awful
The effort as a whole looks much better.
Won all 3 quarters. Feel good about that. Hawks got nothing beyond Murray and Capela. All this with Fox and Sabonis with subpar games.
Fox has to win this matchup with Dejounte Murray
it’s another Hawks run
We’re up by double digits…and yet I’m scared we’ll lose…again.
Okongwu is making an illegal screen every time
Yeah he is. Just leaning and pushing away the defender
Kangz time
hopefully Fox time
Here we go again.
So it’s gonna be one of those games again?
No stupid turnovers and they should win, but they never seem to be able to help themselves.
Keep posting up hb
How bad has Fox been lately.
Two stops should do it. Is that too much to ask?
I guess Barnes is good for a 30 piece once every 40 games. Trade him while he’s hot.
Good idea…on nights when HB goes over 30…free chicken nuggets for everyone!
????????????
No 3s! Let’s go!
Come on you guys, just pull out this win…
Can we trade for Murray?
Why they want to trade Dejounte and keep Trae is really odd to me.
Murray and two firsts for Fox.
That should do it.
We actually made most of our free throws for once.
Fox made some plays down the stretch. picked Dejounte’s pocket
You called for an extended run for Davion, and I called for the Black Falcon to show up! We’ll call it even!
Six guys in double figures and Fox wasn’t one of them.
I think his 12 points qualifies as double figures.
You’re right, I forgot to refresh. So seven guys in double figures, right?
Nope, still six—four starters (Huerter only had 8 pts), Lyles with 10, and Monk with 13.
43 points from the bench, on 16/29 shooting for 55%. 9 free throws scored in the last 3 minutes down the stretch. We had extremely few free throws in the first half, and finished with more FT scored than Atlanta, who, IIRC scored very few in the second half after killing us from the line in the first half. Bottom line: in a game where 3 of our starters had off nights until the fourth, the bench stepped up to keep us in it, Domas hit clutch free throws down the stretch and pulled down over 21 boards for the game. The who team shot 88.9% from the line for the night. An ugly win, but a beautiful one for the way in which the team refused to roll over for the whole second half.
*whole team, not who team. (I understand he is a doctor, though.)
