Kevin Johnson makes strong case for Sacramento, says owners don’t want to move a team

Kevin Johnson held a press conference Saturday night. He continued to press that Sacramento has a strong case and said he doesn't believe NBA owners want any team to move if it can be avoided.

KJ also said that he doesn't believe that owners like relocating teams, which could strengthen Sacramento's case. He reiterated that his case for Sacramento is strong, that he'll have things in place by March 1, that AEG will be involved if the new owners will have them, and that he will be ready to present Sacramento's case to the Board of Governors in mid-April and, if necessary, to the review committee before then. (He mentioned a potential meeting in late March or early April.)

KJ didn't mention any names of owners he'd talked to, but did say one was surprised to learn how far along in the process Sacramento currently stands. That's the reason KJ is in Houston: to educate the owners about our story.
