This is what it looks like when someone feeling some modicum of heat pins it on someone else. From the Bee's Jason Jones:

Lineup combinations and rotations? That's the coach's job. Admitting that the roster a) sucks by and large, and b) does not seem to have the parts needed to create well-rounded lineups would put the onus on Petrie. So of course he's not going to admit that the roster by and large sucks and does not seem to have the parts needed to create well-rounded lineups.

Note that I'm not absolving Keith Smart of blame in pointing this out — the rotations have been screwier than a nympho in Bangkok. But the "do a crummy job, blame someone else" routine Petrie is pulling again needs to be highlighted, because he always does this crap.

The team has been awful for six years. Take some responsibility, champ.
