TNT's Marv Albert and Charles Barkley will call Thursday night's Kings-Lakers tilt, according to blog Sports Media Watch.

Steve Kerr has the week off, so it doesn't appear to be a long-term assignment for Sir Charles. Still, it should add an extra layer of fun at the least.

It'll be interesting to see if Mike Bibby – the last remaining soldier from the glory years – has any thoughts on it, as Barkley was a very vocal critic of the Rick Adelman-style offense.
