Giles has been sidelined with a sore knee since the beginning of training camp, and this is the first indication of a timeline for his return. This report only suggests that Giles is targeting Tuesday, but doesn’t necessarily confirm that he’ll be cleared to play, but we do know Giles has been practicing with the team for a while now.
The game against Portland could be a very important game for the Kings. The Trail Blazers have been struck by injuries and are off to a rocky start. It may be an opportunity for the Kings to steal a win against a Western Conference adversary.

Whether it’s against Portland or not, hopefully Giles can be back to full strength and help the Kings soon.
