Taylor, 24, has played less than 400 minutes in the NBA in two seasons. He spent eight games with the D-League's Rio Grande Valley Vipers last season, averaging almost 20 points a game. At Central Florida, Taylor was known as a scorer, averaging 26 points a game as a senior.
