The Knicks also remain interested in re-signing Noel. More on <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hoopshype?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@hoopshype<\/a>. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/1J759wnuDw\">https:\/\/t.co\/1J759wnuDw<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; Michael Scotto (@MikeAScotto) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/MikeAScotto\/status\/1415381039623589888?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">July 14, 2021<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>On <a href=\"https:\/\/hoopshype.com\/lists\/nba-trades-free-agency-updates-kawhi-leonard-ben-simmons-collin-sexton-kelly-oubre-nerlens-noel\/\">Hoops Hype<\/a>, Scotto wrote of the Kings interest in Noel:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Regarding Sacramento, it depends on what happens with their free-agent center,\u00a0<b>Richaun Holmes<\/b>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Holmes is an unrestricted free agent this summer. Should the Kings lose out on keeping Holmes, Noel makes a lot of sense to try to fill some of that production. Noel is a defensive-focused big man, as evidenced by his 2.2 blocks per game.<\/p>\n<p>Going from Holmes to Noel would be a downgrade for the Kings, but barring trades to create cap space the Kings will be limited in what they can offer.
